Lexington, KY [4/9/2024] – Advance NIL (ADVANCE), an industry leader in Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Education, Life Skills Programming and Athlete Development, has partnered with The Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) to provide its award-winning NIL education and advisory platform to Kentucky athletic directors (ADs), coaches, student-athletes and their families.

“We greatly value the education ADVANCE is able to provide to our high school athletes in today’s NIL marketplace. While our students are strictly precluded from accepting NIL (or pay for play), representing their school or for high school play, we also know that they are able by statute to be involved in NIL once permitted by the collegiate governing bodies,” said KHSAA Executive Director, Julian Tackett. “Education is the key to helping these students avoid mistakes related to NIL, and this suite of products will really help our student-athletes make wise decisions.”

As part of the agreement, ADVANCE will provide support for ADs, coaches, student-athletes, and their families through virtual education sessions and their NIL Academy Mobile App and Online Courses. The app will provide digestible on-demand content with an overview of their core NIL and Life Skills curriculum. The virtual sessions will focus on breaking down what NIL is, what ADVANCE has learned from other states at the high school level and how to be best prepared for NIL.
