Co-founders and managing partners Courtney Altemus and Luke Fedlam were on the scene early in the NIL era, helping schools understand the changes that were certain to come with the evolving landscape. Courtney and Luke have made consulting and education a staple of their firm, using experts with backgrounds in athletics, education, finance, law and branding. The advisory started out as Altemus and Anomaly, but after a strategic evolution, it’s now known as Advance NIL.
