Stevens Point, WI [9/26/2023] – Advance NIL (ADVANCE), an industry leader in Name, Image and Likeness (NIL), Life Skills Programming and Athlete Development, has partnered with The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) to preemptively provide its award-winning NIL and Life Skills education to Wisconsin athletic directors (ADs), coaches, student-athletes and their families during the 2023-24 academic year.

“Although there have been no changes with regards to Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) in the WIAA amateur status rules and regulations, we recognize that this is a dynamic landscape across the nation,” WIAA Executive Director Stephanie Hauser said. “As a service organization, we believe that it is important to educate our membership, so they can be the most reliable resource for their student-athletes and their families on the topic of NIL. We are grateful to have established a partnership with ADVANCE to help us navigate this ever-changing environment.”

As part of the agreement, ADVANCE will provide support for ADs, coaches, student-athletes, and their families through virtual education sessions and their NIL Academy Mobile App (Powered by Game Plan). The app will provide digestible on-demand content for all subscribers with an overview of their core NIL and Life Skills curriculum. The virtual sessions will focus on breaking down what NIL is, what ADVANCE has learned from other states at the high school level and how to be best prepared for NIL.
